patrons. We have reached upstream and partnered with the Buckhead Beef Company, the nation’s premier steakhouse supplier, to ensure our steaks are cut from only the finest beef available. The Original Steakhouse firmly believes the finest beef is produced in the cornbelt region of the midwest. These Angus type and continental breed cattle have built the reputations of many legendary steakhouses and we are proud to offer our clientele the very best in beef. Why bother? It is the little things, often overlooked by others, such as hand cut steaks by our in house butcher or a squeeze of lemon to extract every morsel of flavor . As you enjoy your steak, aged and cooked to perfection, the answer becomes immediately apparent.
